The new Red Bay Water & Gas payment service is secure and convenient. Stay safe and skip the line – use the new Customer Portal or Mobile App to:

• Pay your bill, anytime, anywhere
• Monitor your utility usage
• Receive notifications
• Set up autopay
• And more!

To sign up, please have your 12-digit account number handy. It is printed on the top left of your bill. You will need one of the following to verify your account:

• Last 4 digits of your SSN on file with
• Phone number on file with Red Bay Water & Gas
• Current statement amount.

Select “Sign Up” and fill in the “Create Your Account” page. Follow the prompts to complete your enrollment in the new payment system. Please reset your User ID and Password the first time you use the new payment system
Important:
Effective June 1, 2024 a convenience fee will be added to all online and phone payments of $3.25 for credit/debit cards and $1.50 for E-Checks.
